• managing 89000 sqft store with 88 staff to give an excellent example of service to average 600.000 customers yearly . • achieve store budget set every month and on YTD by FM • Ensure that inventory / stock take losses does not exceed 0.5% for all stores • •Maintaining store administration and Operations by initiating, coordinating, enforcing and ensuring compliance of Company’s policies and procedures • Managing our store competition level with other competitors, visiting other competitor stores • Through effective communication, stock management systems and processes, ensure that my store has 100% on self-availability •ensure a structured method of communication is fostered between me and store Duty Managers, ensuring that business reviews, general business updates from all departments, and reprimands are documented and sent to them every month in a format created by me making a cc to ARM. •Ensure daily briefings take place to update the team on business performance, new products, SOP’s and HR initiatives. •Ensure that the SOP’s are being followed 100% •ensure that Sales Supervisors are commercially aware and able to discuss Sales Performance vs. Budget, Growth, ATV, Footfalls, Conversion Rate, AED per square foot, AED per person, Net Profit , Damages, Markdowns & Availability. •ensure that all sales supervisors and team leaders are conducting daily floor walks personally and that they follow up on points raised, and complete these before day close. ARM will randomly check this on store visits to ensure all points are being complied/ adhered to. •Mystery shopping index of all store should not be less than 90% consistently. • Assist the Visual Merchandiser in developing a merchandising plan each season that enhances product presentation and makes the store an easy place to shop • Responsible for work schedules, break periods, work hours and vacations in an appropriate manner Evaluate all store employees in conjunction with the Store Manager
