PROJECT OVERVIEW
Integrated Talent Management System (ITMS) is an E-Learning, Training and Development tool for all the Wipro employees where in it provides a wide range of trainings to its employees to enhance their Technical and professional skills.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

·         Providing End User Support by resolving the technical issues facing by users in front end.

·         Tracing issues with the complete knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of the application.

·         Logging Incident tickets on behalf of users with regards to their course issues.

·         Following up the incidents till closure in Service Connect/E-Helpline tool and updating the user on resolution and status of issue.

·         Diagnosing the issues at first level and giving solution within TAT.

·         Remotely diagnosing and resolving user’s technical issues using Cisco WebEx Tool.

·         Scheduling of Assessments and E-Learning Courses to the users based on their Project Requirements.

·         Updating assessment scores from backend for the users who have completed their respective E-Learnings.

·         Testing Online Course Modules.

·         Handling and resolving high level escalations as End User Support.

·         Working in co-ordination with backend teams to fix the End users issues and queries.
