Property Consultant – Lootah Real Estate Development Full Time
We are looking for motivated Property Consultant to join our team.
You will be contributing to the company’s overall performance targets by managing and promoting sales of our residential properties, through building relationships with agents and direct customer sales.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing business by following up on existing leads
- Identifying new business opportunities to further increase sales volume, generating a pipeline of prospects and new leads
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents to ensure Lootah properties are being effectively marketed
- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategy to reflect market conditions, when necessary
- Working closely with Marketing team to identify innovative ideas for promotional campaigns to generate new sales.
- Participating in sales launches / events when required
You will have a Bachelors Degree with 4 – 5 years experience in residential sales with a UAE based real estate developer. You should also hold a UAE driving licence and be fluent in English.
