1. Prospect and acquire new resellers which will generate new opportunities for the sales team as well as maintain business relationships with key channel partners
2. Ensure that the channel partners are providing enough sales force to be able to cater to ETISALAT requirements and to ensure that ETISALAT has a well-established & scalable route to market by getting “more feet on the street” and work with them to generate leads and opportunities
3. Manage the on-boarding process for new channel partners
4. Act as the primary point of contact between Etisalat and its channel partners, consultants and technology partners
5. Regularly communicate with channel partners, consultants and technology partners to maintain a strong business relationship
6. Must meet or exceed the channel sales target in terms of revenue, new customer’s acquisition, VoA & customer satisfaction index
7. Reviews the sales strategies set by the channel partner and enhance them if required
8. Ensure that the channel partners and all their sales force have up to date knowledge of the new products, features, roadmap, etc.
9. Monitor the competition’s channel activity and strategy
10. Provide regular training to the channel partner
11. Interfere in closing deals when required & supervise the processing until the delivery
12. Develop, manage & report on the partner sales funnel
13. Work hand in hand with partners through entire sales process including sales collateral, joint customer presentations, tender preparation, negotiation, contracting, etc.
14. Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects
