Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices.
2. Developing HR strategies, policies, and Procedures.
3. Close Follow Up on Attendance, Leaves, and Absenteeism.
4. Responsible for administering performance management program.
5. Advise leadership on hiring and terminations.
6. Administer payroll, employee benefits.
7. Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution.
8. Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints.
9. Partner with leadership to develop succession plans.
